Full or partial disassembly is required for a complete diagnosis and identification of faults in rotary equipment. If we discover attempts of self-repair, liquid spillage into the equipment mechanism, or attempts of self-soldering, the warranty is voided, and repairs can only be performed on a paid basis.
If the aforementioned interventions are discovered during pre-repair diagnostics or disassembly of the equipment, without prior notification to the workshop, and the customer subsequently refuses to pay for the repairs, the equipment will be returned to the customer disassembled, as the workshop can only produce assembled machines with original components that have passed all testing and functionality checks.
