Please keep in mind that upon receipt, customs officers may require payment of customs taxes /duties at the rate determined by the legislation of your country.

Should the Buyer refuse to pay any applicable taxes and/or customs duties within the Buyer's country, all expenses incurred in connection with the delivery of the Product (including both the shipment to the Buyer and the return shipment to the Seller) shall be borne by the Buyer. The corresponding amount shall be deducted from any refund issued for the Product.

Important Notice for US Customers

Due to recent changes in US import regulations, US Customs is currently charging extremely high import duties on aluminum and steel equipment. In many cases, these charges reach USD 1,200–1,500 or more per shipment, which can be two to three times the price of the product itself.

This situation is completely outside of our control and has already caused multiple shipments to be refused and returned.

Please note that all import duties and customs charges are collected by US Customs directly from the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices. We have no ability to reduce, waive, or refund these fees.

If a shipment is refused or not collected due to customs charges, the customer is fully responsible for all shipping costs, including delivery to the US and return shipping back to us.

Confirming your order, you acknowledge that you have read and understood that US import duties may exceed the value of the product itself and that you agree to proceed under these conditions.
