If defects are identified within less than 14 days from the date of receipt by the customer, the shipping is covered by the manufacturer. In 99.5% of cases, spring breakage is not considered a defect, so the shipping for spring replacement and sending new springs instead of broken ones is covered by the tattoo machine owner. To request a tune-up, please:
- Ensure that the machine is cleaned from paint residues, bio-dirt, dust, and other contaminants.
- Remove all rubber bands and rings that were not included in the kit.
- Make sure the machine is dry.
- Pack it the same way it was sent to you or in a way that protects the machine from all sides to prevent damage and deformation during shipping.
Full or partial disassembly is required for a complete diagnosis and identification of faults in rotary equipment. If we discover attempts of self-repair, liquid spillage into the equipment mechanism, or attempts of self-soldering, the warranty is voided, and repairs can only be performed on a paid basis.
If the aforementioned interventions are discovered during pre-repair diagnostics or disassembly of the equipment, without prior notification to the workshop, and the customer subsequently refuses to pay for the repairs, the equipment will be returned to the customer disassembled, as the workshop can only produce assembled machines with original components that have passed all testing and functionality checks.
